Furglade Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if your Furglade grooming vacuum kit is not right for you.

To start a return, email support@furglade.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending your kit back. We will provide the return address by email.

You may gently try the kit during the 30-day period. Before returning it, empty and clean the dust container and include the vacuum, tools, attachments, and other parts that came with your order. Returns with missing major components or damage beyond normal use may be declined.

You are responsible for return shipping costs on a standard return. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos. We will help resolve the issue and cover any return shipping we require in those cases.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will refund the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. We do not charge a restocking fee.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order before it ships. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
